Any online contractual Agreement between Nycia and Client is bound by this E-sign Policy.

E-Sign Policy

• E-SIGN Notice In accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (Pub.L. 106-229 (June 30, 2000)), Nycia would like to advise Client of Client's rights concerning this policy to our other Policies, Agreements, Subscriptions, Services, Orders, etc...:
  • 1. By consenting to agree to any Nycia Service contract electronically, as defined as Client's physcial act of pressing a submit button after filling out ("Required Information") on a service to be rendered by Nycia. This 100% implies and applies consent only to this transaction, but includes all amendments to policies and procedures applicable to all policies that can be found under the About Nycia Section of this website.
  • 2. If you change your email address or billing information - You MUST update your electronic contact information with us as soon as possible (either by changing the information in the My Account Section online, and waiting for the confirmation screen to appear that the information has successfully populated - or by contacting us at . For web-hosting clients, please specify your domain name, account number, full name, address and all other required information, as displayed in the "My Account Section". All other clients - only your full name, entire physical address, email address and telephone number will be necessary.
  • 3. You may request (without charge) an electronic version of our Terms & Conditions and/or the policies and procedures applicable to these Terms & Conditions by contacting us at , even if you initially accepted an electronic version.
