and owns the "Digital Media" once payment is received
in full.
Nycia does not retain any copyright
on any designed Logo.
Nycia does not make any warranty
about copyright information and expects the client to research
that information.
How is the Logo Delivered to me?
The Logo is delivered via email
- unless client explicity would like a CD-ROM. ($25 charge would
apply for duplication and shipping.)
What if I want to cancel an order
once I placed it?
Within 7 business days from the
time you get a confirmation email of you order- you may elect
to cancel an order without penalty.
You must email your request with
your order confirmation #.
Phone cancellations are not accepted.
What format are the files delivered
in?
Depending on order -- "Digital
Media" is generally delivered in two formats: .jpg and
.eps formats. However, there
are times when a client would like other formats: (Ex. .tif,
.psd, .gif, etc...)- and we accommodate this as well.
